Our technology and processes are designed with schools in mind. The Lifetouch Portal allows schools to access and manage Picture Day images securely—no email, jump drives, or CDs needed. This easy-to-use platform integrates with Student Information Systems and supports everything from yearbook creation to awards and certificates.
For families, our secure online ordering platform offers peace of mind. Parents can only access their own child’s images, and every year our systems are certified to meet or exceed credit card industry standards (PCI DSS) for secure payments.

SmileSafe® Photo ID Cards
For more than 15 years, Lifetouch has partnered with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the Canadian Centre for Child Protection (CCCP) to provide SmileSafe® photo ID cards—a free resource for families that can be used in the event of an emergency. These cards are another way we extend our commitment to student safety beyond the classroom.
